I was not quite sure about this song, but released it (maybe therefore). The Arabic Language is quite near the German language regarding the sound (hardness), although it is totally different on the other side. I am anyhow fascinated by this and wanted to give it a modern lyric expression.

This is a very emotional song, that describes the fight with myself, finding my way, yet finding myself.

The song got internally several versions. But this one, I think, gives the emotion I wanted to express, a perfect mood. Maybe you (if you are rather introverted like me) can find yourself here…

This song may be too hard for some. My heart is crying each time I listen to it. And it was not easy to write. Grief is a hardly to overcome emotional feeling and I wanted to create a strong lyric expression for this, in a rather modern style … with some light at the end.

This song is sungen in German language (my native language) and I wanted to give a classic poem (rather a pray) new life with this. I love such fusions, of classics with the modern, but this song is actually much more.

This song is part of the ‘Fusions On A Dance Floor’ project. Inspiration comes from several traditional American music styles and I have made allot of songs based on this concept. I think, this is the strongest influence for my music taste at all. It includes Soul, Jazz, Blues, R&B, Funk and so on. These styles give me endlessly new inspiration for my own work.
